Mystery is a specialist restaurant design studio. Founded in 1998, our restaurant designers have helped conceive and develop over 70 successful food and beverage concepts in different markets and territories around the world.

Having co-ventured a portfolio of businesses, including the hugely successful Bubbleology and even launched our own restaurant concept, Dub Jam, in London's Covent Garden, we have gained first hand operational experience, which means we really understand the importance of ROI (rather than simply paying lip-service to it).

Working with multi-brand, multi-site operators and with independent owner-operator entrepreneurs, we have a clearly defined strategic methodology that produces a compelling vision for each restaurant concept we work on. Our aim is simple: to help define and create unique and engaging propositions that customers fall in love with.
